Technical Information
- Skim block is made from the by-product of latex concentration. The liquid by-product from processing of latex concentrate is co-agulated with strong sulfuric acid.
- The co-agulated skim is then passed through milling machines and then dried in a long oven.
- The dried solid skim is then packed in bales of 33.33 kgs. ready for shipment.
- The skim block are sold mainly to Thai, Malaysian and China customers.
- Shipment of skim block is either in lorry trailer or in 20 feet containers to overseas buyers.
- Skim block is mainly use in shoe soles, floor mats, wheels for bicycle and push-cart.
